Yes. For bulk, corporate and gifting orders, write to us with the products, quantities, personalisation and delivery date you need, and we will share options and timelines.

We currently deliver to addresses across India. If you would like to order from outside India, please contact us before placing your order.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days and are usually delivered within 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Read our Shipping Policy for more.

Once your order is dispatched, we email you the courier name and tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Yes. You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Personalised products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. See our Returns and Refund Policy.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product and packaging. An unboxing video helps us resolve it faster. We will replace the product or refund you in full.

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount.

The refill or ink type is mentioned on the product page and in the packaging. If you are unsure, contact us with the product name and we will help.

Keep it capped when not in use, store it away from heat and use only the correct refill or fountain pen ink. Fountain pens should be flushed with water every few weeks. Our blog has a full pen care guide.

Avoid overfilling it, wipe it with a soft dry cloth, keep it away from water and heat, and condition the leather every few months. Small variations in natural leather are part of its character.

Personalisation is available on selected products. Where it is offered, you will see the option on the product page. For other requests, contact us.

Yes. Simply enter the recipient's name and address as the delivery address. If you would like to add a message, mention it in the order notes at checkout.
